  9. This Miranda IM plugin makes it possible to connect to the ICQ
  10. instant messenger network and communicate with other ICQ users.

  19.     Failed to send or receive files from ICQ 2003b.
  20.     Fixed a number of smaller memory leaks.
  21.     Contact e-mail info was not displayed correctly.
  22.     Failed to retrieve user details during certain circumstances.
  23.     URL messages could disappear when sent through a Direct Connection.
  24.     Nick name was not deleted from server list when local nick name was deleted.
  25.     Server side contacts could reappear after being deleted if they were on the
  26.     visible/invisible lists.
  27.     Changing status while connecting had no effect.
  28.     A bunch of other fixes that are too boring to list here, have a look at
